HG Marine has various processing and R&D facilities, such as CNC machining center, large vertical lathe, motor vacuum filling and sealing equipment, thruster load test pool, propeller test ship, variable quantity test box, high-pressure test water tank,etc. R&D engineer account for more than 50% of the total number of employees. Rim Thruster composed of ring motor, propeller , water lubricated bearing and energy-saving duct. The motor directly drives the propeller to generate thrust, and the energy-saving duct further improves the thrust force. Remove all redundant parts which cause resistance, weight, noise, failure and energy loss, such as shafting gear,seal attachment,etc.
